Daniel Schifer has been doing commercials for a lot of solid marks these days, he actually talks a lot about how you can film professionals stuff being at your home or basically making your own home-studio as he did.

He’s a Canadian filmmaker and photographer and also a content creator. He gains fame after he created his Youtube channel where he shares filmmaking and commercial shooting tips for everyone interested, being a professional filmmaker Daniel loves to film short commercials, he is actually 20 years old.

We saw some videos of Daniel talking about his camera gear, so we bring you his main equipment because as we already say it he has a home studio so if we actually talk about every single thing that he has in his private studio this post will never end haha, so let’s get into it.

Sony A7 III

Here at the unboxings, we’re huge fans of Sony’s cameras we personally work with a few of them, it’s always nice to take a look in what sony has to offers on it latest models because there always some improvement you want to know about 

The Sony a7III is a supremely capable full-frame camera, though it doesn’t have the most megapixels or shoot the fasters bursts as the rest of its competitors.

This camera’s a combination of features that makes it an easy recommendation for all kinds of photographers and artists that are planning to buy a professional camera that doesn’t make them feel stressed about the components of difficult menus etc.

This camera is a mix of resolution, speed, features, and price, compared to its predecessor the Sony a7 III has been updated in almost every way possible, when comparing to other similarly priced full frame options, the Sony a7 III seems to be way better. For almost all the photographers, sports specialist events, or weddings the a7III gets a lot of common awful things just right.

We spend a lot of time shooting with this camera inside our studio and outside too so we highly recommend this camera for everyone because it’s actually really comfortable to use and won’t give you any headaches.

The Sony 16-35mm f2.8 GM 

Sony is making some great updates on their premium master G lens line with an f/2.8 zoom that covers an ultra-wide-angle field of view. 

The 16-35mm measures 4.8 by 3.5 inches (HD). weighs 1.5 pounds and supports 88mm front filters.

PROS:

-Fixed f/2.8 aperture.

-Wide-angle coverage.

-Quick Autofocus 

-Focus Hold button.

-Dust and moisture resistant.

CONS:

-Omits in-lens stabilization

-Edge softness at 35mm.

-Dim corners at f/2.8.

-Some distortion.

Sony RMT-VP1K Wireless Remote Commander and Receiver 

There are a few things that we can call out about this tool, it has lithium-ion batteries, wide range thanks to 360 degrees IR receiver, Wide compatibility thanks to multi-terminal, time code reset for multi-camera shooting. 3 channel position setting to avoid the cross talk, shooting for still and movie, IR remote commander, and 360 degrees IR receiver kit.
